This week Spaghetti Town has been injected with some Big Nick Energy as Nick Poe (from the Sound of History podcast) returns to the show. Nick talks about his endeavors of publishing a book and how life has been since his last visit. Jakub gets mad again at an art instillation. Jakub watched the new Game of Thrones but Nick is a book purists. Alex and Jakub bring some lyrics to discuss of their favorite songs and it turns into a slam poetry battle!

The W.Y.S.P System

Another week around sun and the Spaghetti Boys have both entered into a new phase of parenthood! While the world was distracted by nonsense, there was a bunch of science news: The Earth is moving faster, the rainwater is undrinkable, cats are an invasive species, and pig zombies are a thing? Jakub gets annoyed about pets who save their owners. Alex and Jakub think they can write children's books, but then Alex might've actually come up with an fresh book idea. Alex brings another open ended question, this time with bands and creators. Everyone knows the D.E.N.N.I.S System, so the Lords of Spaghetti created the A.L.E.X and J.A.K.U.B systems.

Successfully Unsuccessful

What is it to be successful, how does one define it, & how do you get there? The Lords of Spaghetti gather around to discuss a nuanced question that doesn't have a correct answer. Alex goes to a Comic Con, but was pretty underwhelmed. They discuss Prey (the new Predator movie, not the fantastic game). Alex finished Paper Girls Season 1, an update on the WB/Discovery from last week and a how far would you go for a lifetime supply of something? One man decided a tattoo was his ticket.

Thunderclaps

Its forever something. This week in Spaghetti Town as Jakub returns to the Pasta Palace, the Lords of Spaghetti deal with a bad cable and super gnarly thunderstorm! Fret not though, the show must go on as they say, even if its cut short for safety. Alex talks about having a 5 year old and also being selected by peers for something. Alex also calls the customer service for Frito Lay. MTV celebrated its 41st birthday and they pose the question, can an MTV-type of channel in the land of Youtube even exist? Discovery/WB/HBO is in shambles!

Don't fall for clickbait! Listen to the podcast now! The Lords of Spaghetti record remotely this week as a precaution. Alex is envious of Jakubs nonchalant attitude towards collecting. Jakub's infamous reputation bleeds into the real world as Alex tells a non-listener about Jakub's first claim to fame. Jakub retells that origin. Alex has discovered a new fear. Really Happy For You

Even with absolute genuine thought, certain phrases come out with a condescending aura. Is it a public perception or a delivery issue? Spaghetti Town was once again ahead of the curve as it seems more and more people are starting to turn sour on the MCU. Is it an expectation problem or is it an overload of simply average content? One of the biggest struggles as a parent is getting your child to eat, so how do you solve it? Another parenting issue you are not prepared for is maintain friendships on behalf of your child. The Lords of Spaghetti talk a little Boys Season 3 and Stranger Things season 4. A popular Youtube station is taken down for 'copyright violation' but once again the system is broken and doesn't make any sense.

Possession

They say ' Possession is 9/10th of the law' but Jakub doesn't know what that means. The Lords of Spaghetti are in their respective palaces this week and they are ornery in light of recent events. Jakub is calling out Nutter Butter after all the sub tweets. Amazon is again spending money on a novelty instead of help fix problems. Alex gets on a soapbox. Someone defaces the Mona Lisa but it will fall on deaf ears. NASA forgets about their stuff and gets mad that someone tries to sell it. Spaghetti Town has beef with Microsoft.
